I have been in charge of the kitchen for more than 25 years, and my team and I take pleasure in preparing delicious homemade meals for you! We invite you to appreciate our terrasse and bar.

In cooking many products from Charlevoix and in allowing you to discover our region; lamb, trout, emu, guinea fowl, pork, cheese, bread, cider, fruits and vegetables...

Specialty…

Osso bucco veal, a tender and tasty simmered dish combining meat and vegetables...

I like to serve simmered dishes like shredded lamb with herbs, guinea fowl leg with raspberry vinegar, simmered veal with leeks…

I also like to propose grills such as pork chops and beef flank, fishes and sea food such as trout filet, salmon filet, shrimps and scallops.

Broad-bean soup, meat pies with homemade ketchup, jams, chicken liver paté, greaves, fruit or sugar pies...

Homemade cooking …

From buns and breakfast jams to ice cream and sorbet deserts, often served with a “little boat" cookie in a nod to the maritime heritage of Saint-Joseph-de-la-Rive.
